I love this New Moon in Virgo! Not only because it affects me positively in a personal way, it has very fertile energy around it for all!
To start off, it’s a Super New Moon! This means the moon is the closes it can be to the earth, making the lunar vibes that much more potent. Being in the practical and earthy sign of Virgo, what we plant, the ideas, the relationship we want to develop, the money we want to make can materialize that much more possibly.
There are five planets in Virgo right now and each of them can help nourish the fertile grounds on which we plant our seeds. The Sun of course can give it the light it requires, to grow, the goals to define it. This is happening in my communication house and how I view things, and with the bright rays there, my intentions has vitality, a purpose to grow.
Mars also sits with the Moon, adding more potency. Passion and courage will be embedded in the DNA of what we plant. When this conjunction happens the two usually work at odds, making the mood in the air or within emotionally aggressive, reactionary and moody—which can cause disruption, discouraging us from creating what we want. Graceful Venus helps to pacify the usual aggression, as she spreads her love onto the soils, kneading, massaging the with care. Best of all, Mercury is in Virgo. This gives a combination that will help clarify plans. We will have the tools, the equipment to organize and create strategy, to form effective and clear communication with others involved.
Uranus, the great awakener, the planet of sudden surprises has been trining the Virgo party all week. At first, the strike of thunder may have felt like a storm brewing, dark clouds looming, bringing in strong winds to wipe out all that’s in its way, but as the week unfolded, so did the positivity of the trine aspect. We still witnessed rain, as a miraculous shower, instead. If you haven’t seen the sudden welcoming results of the loving trine yet, it should happen with the this New Moon. For some, a sprout that promises a bountiful harvest, prospects actualize, luck can suddenly drop on your lap. For others, the downpour will help to move soil, free nutrients and minerals to help cultivate a healthy growth. Key note is to always set intentions a couple of days after the New Moon!
