We move with more energy and confidence to take action in the Aries energy of our natal chart as the North Node shifts us into new territory. Between July 18, 2023 to Jan 11, 2025, the Nodal Axis in Aries and Libra will have us focused on relationships with ourselves, others and the world around us. We are called on to take the initiative, be brave and bold, and truly find our identity, shedding ego attachments without isolating from parts of ourselves or our alignment to source.

We gain more clarity and oomph by referencing the Libra parts of our chart, clearing out and shedding relationships in the house the South Node transits. By rebalancing, assessing its current value and making peace with what is necessary, we’ll be able to move swiftly, with more clarity, momentum and motivation in the North Node Aries part of our chart.

In the next 2.5 years, we are encouraged to be bold and brave, to cut off what impedes our speed and individual identity.

In the opposite house, with Libra at the cusp, we make amends, peace by judging its value, what’s causing an imbalance in our relationships to certain areas of life.

The Square to Pluto in Capricorn July 23’23 is to have you understand your power, to teach you how to rise even higher. The move into Aries quickly brings challenges when the Nodes square Pluto in Capricorn. Breathe. You may become faint at what you discover. It’ll likely take you on a deep trail in areas of yourself, life, and others you didn’t know you’d be walking into. You might want to scream and run in reaction.

Know that the fear is nothing compared to the feeling of standing your ground, shooing it away or making friends with this part of you and feeling the empowerment you’ll be equipped with for the rest of your days. Whatever is being released helps you ascend and evolve to greater heights. Once the load is lighter, it should fuel your Aries house(s) in fierce regenerative power.

The world is rapidly in an upward ascension. Pluto retrograde in Capricorn is finishing off and splitting open, reconstructing and even destroying the old, outdated traditional systems. When Neptune enters Aries in 2025—around the same time the North Node leaves Aries and goes into Pisces, it will be an entirely different energy. Neptune dissolves whatever it touches. Aries’ motto is “I am.” One works to individuate, while the other works to connect and integrate. It will be a diffusion of who you are, all the illusions and grandeur of your ego-centric self. The North Node in Aries is a way to define and clarify who you are on a deeper level, in higher expressions.

Why it matters?

Neptune’s subtly potent tides will not wash you adrift. The North Node square and eventual sextile to Pluto are the starting point to develop self-clarity on where you stand in the overhaul. Neptune will be helping Pluto in Aquarius connect new dots to our society—on a spiritual and earth-bound plain, in new ways of relating that no living human has seen before.
